Free Indie Use
You may use, copy, modify, and distribute FriendlyIP in indie games, apps, tools, prototypes, internal utilities, educational projects, and open-source projects for free while the software product using FriendlyIP earns less than $100,000 USD in gross revenue per year.
Commercial License Required
If the software product using FriendlyIP sells over $100,000 USD per year, you must obtain a commercial license from PyroSoft Productions before continuing to use FriendlyIP in that product.
Restrictions
You may not sell FriendlyIP itself as a standalone product, claim ownership of FriendlyIP, remove attribution from redistributed copies, or use PyroSoft Productions branding in a way that implies endorsement without permission.
